1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions determine the operation of the Liocore online store, the rights and obligations of customers, and the business relationship between the customer and the company. Liocore doo..
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he is familiar with the general terms and conditions of business and agrees to them. The buyer is subject to the general terms and conditions that are published and valid at the time of placing the online order.
The online store explicitly warns the buyer about the general terms and conditions before placing an order, and their acceptance is a condition for successfully placing an order.

2. ORDERING
We accept orders via the Liocore online store and by email. info@liocore.si. The buyer can make the purchase as guest or create your own user account, which allows faster purchases, viewing past orders, and editing personal information. Registration is not required.
When ordering online, the buyer enters the data required for delivery and invoicing. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he agrees to the general terms and conditions.
Ordering for businesses (B2B):
Companies can also place an order in writing via e-mail. The order form must contain:
- company name,
- delivery address,
- tax number,
- registration number,
- contact person and telephone number.
A submitted purchase order has the status of a contract for both the buyer and the seller.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, the buyer receives an order confirmation to their email address, which contains all essential purchase information (selected products, quantities, prices, delivery costs, buyer details and delivery address). At this point, the purchase contract between the buyer and Liocore doo is concluded.
The order is stored in electronic form in the information system of Liocore doo, and the buyer can access it through their user account (if registered) or based on a request sent to info@liocore.si.
4. PRICES
All prices in the Liocore online store are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are indicated at the time of order completion.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and have no predetermined validity. Liocore doo reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, whereby the price valid at the time of placing the order applies to the buyer.
5. PAYMENT METHOD
The following payment methods are available in the Liocore online store:
- Payment by invoice: After placing an order, the buyer will receive a pro forma invoice to their email address. The pro forma invoice must be paid in 3 days from receipt; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled. The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.
- Payment via PayPal: The buyer can pay for the order via their PayPal account. After successful payment, they will receive an order confirmation.
- Cash on delivery: (if enabled) The buyer pays the purchase price upon delivery of the package. Payment is possible in cash or by credit card, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the delivery service.
All costs associated with the selected payment method are clearly stated at the completion of the order.
6. DELIVERY
Orders placed until 12am, are usually sent same working day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day. Delivery is carried out by GLS Slovenia or Slovenian Post, unless otherwise stated when ordering.
In the event of a delay, unavailability of the product, or other circumstances that affect the delivery time, we will notify the customer in a timely manner via email or telephone.
Delivery time for in-stock products is usually 2–5 business days. The delivery cost is clearly stated at the completion of the order.
Shipping is free on all orders over 25.00 EUR.
7. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
The buyer is entitled to a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), which determines the procedures for enforcing material defects and other consumer rights.
A customer can file a complaint if they receive a damaged product, an incorrect product, or a product that does not match the description. Since these are food products, Return of opened or partially used products is not possible., except in the case of a material error.
The buyer should report any complaints to info@liocore.si or to the phone number 069-874-883. The message should state:
- order number,
- description of the problem,
- a photo of the damaged or faulty product (if possible).
Liocore doo will handle the complaint as soon as possible and inform the buyer about further steps.
8. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE ORDER
The buyer (consumer) has the right to 14 days withdraws from the contract without giving any reason upon receipt of the goods. Withdrawal must be made in writing to the e-mail address info@liocore.si.
If the buyer has already received the goods, they must return them no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal has been submitted. Since these are food products, a refund is possible only if the product is unopened, undamaged, originally packaged and in unchanged quantity. Opened or partially used products cannot be returned, except in the case of a material defect.
The buyer must enclose a copy of the invoice or other proof of purchase. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Liocore doo will return the purchase price no later than 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods or from the receipt of proof that the buyer has sent the goods back.
The buyer loses the right to withdraw if he cannot return the goods in the condition in which he received them, unless the change occurred through no fault of his.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Liocore doo protects the personal data of customers in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data (GDPR and ZVOP‑2). Personal data is used exclusively for processing orders, issuing invoices, delivering goods, and for communication that is necessary to complete the purchase or for which the customer has given consent.
The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill the order (e.g. to a delivery service) or if required by law. The buyer may at any time request access, correction, restriction of processing or deletion of their personal data.

10. GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY OF GOODS
For products sold by Liocore doo, no warranty, since these are foodstuffs. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot‑1), the buyer is entitled to exercise guarantee of conformity of goods, if the product upon receipt:
- does not match the description,
- is injured,
- has a quality defect,
- or does not correspond to the normal characteristics of foods of this type.
The buyer must notify the seller of the non-conformity of the goods in two months from the discovery of the defect and attach proof of purchase (invoice). Liocore doo will verify the non-conformity and offer the buyer an appropriate solution: product replacement, refund or other legal option.

11. OTHER CONDITIONS
In case of late payment, Liocore doo reserves the right to charge statutory default interest and reminder and collection costs, in accordance with applicable legislation.
For all issues not specifically regulated in these terms and conditions, the following shall apply: valid legal provisions of the Republic of Slovenia.
The parties will endeavor to resolve disputes by agreement. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute resolution authority shall be responsible for resolving the dispute. court in Novo mesto.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with legal regulations, Liocore doo does not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. Liocore doo, which as a provider of goods and services enables online commerce in the Republic of Slovenia, publishes an electronic link to the online consumer dispute resolution platform (SRPS) on its website. The aforementioned regulation stems from the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
