LIOCORE doo processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP‑2).
2. What personal data do we process?
We only process personal data that is necessary for the purchase, delivery of the order, performance of contractual obligations or communication with the customer:
- first and last name,
- delivery address,
- billing address,
- email address,
- phone number,
- order information,
- payment information (without storing card details),
- data that the customer provides to us voluntarily (e.g. questions, complaints).
We do not store payment card information. It is processed exclusively by payment service providers.
3. Purpose of processing personal data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- order fulfillment (processing, packaging, delivery),
- Issuance and storage of invoices,
- communication with the customer (order confirmations, shipment notifications, answers to questions),
- processing complaints, returns or guarantees,
- fulfillment of legal obligations,
- sending e-newsletters if the customer has given explicit consent,
- preventing abuse and ensuring information security.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of:
- performance of the contract (purchase in the online store),
- legal obligations (accounting, archiving of documentation),
- consents (e-newsletters),
- legitimate interest (security, prevention of abuse, protection of business).
5. Retention of personal data
We store personal data:
- order and invoice data: 10 years (legal obligation),
- delivery information: until the order is completed,
- data for e-newsletters: until consent is revoked,
- data from complaints: until the completion of the procedure + 1 year.
After the deadlines have expired, the data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
6. Provision of personal data
We do not provide personal data to third parties, except when necessary to fulfill an order or as required by law.
Data may be processed by:
- delivery services,
- payment service providers,
- accounting service (legal obligation).
We have concluded personal data processing agreements with all processors, in accordance with the GDPR.
7. User rights
The user may request at any time:
- access to your personal data,
- correction of inaccurate data,
- deletion of data (if there are no legal restrictions),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- withdrawal of consent for e-newsletters.

The user also has the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

The LIOCORE doo website uses only essential cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the online store.
